Bilateral Interference of Wind Loads Induced on Duplicate Building Models of Various Shapes

چکیده

The current investigation focuses on the results of an experimental Square-plan-shape and Remodel-triangle-shape building model’s varied interference conditions between duplicate models 1:300 scale (at 100% blockage) wind-induced pressure base moments at fixed 10% height instrumented model. Under working conditions, study concludes that -1 > Interference Factor 1 as experienced by model in reduced performance opposed to Front-to-Front condition has best overall along-wind crosswind directions, whereas Front-to-Back torsional performance. Back-to-Back a should be avoided because orientation attracts most overturning both directions all investigated this study.
